Hi, If I decide to pay off the balance of a tracker mortgage is there a early termination penalty? If so, is it a percentage or a fixed charge? Thanks

You'd would have to look at the terms and conditions of the contract you have with your lender.

There may be charges to pay off a fixed rate mortgage or loan early. We would advise contacting our mortgage team on 01-6113333 who will be happy to check the terms on the account and adviser further.
