eir prepay WiFi calling

Hey all ,
Switched over to the new Eir deal the other day (€20 calls+texts+5G data) as 48 was a nightmare aboard and I travel quite frequently.
However, I cant seem to get Wi-Fi calling to work on iPhone 13. I keep getting the message "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Eir". I tried troubleshooting every way that I could but nothing is working.
Has anyone experienced this?
