One is the bread basket of manufacturing western goods.

China, in all opinion pieces in western media (usually espoused by former intelligence agents) are the ones that the US should be fighting, they type these words off the labour of Chinese workers creating apple laptops, iPhones etc why is western governments allowing western corps to ship their manufacturing off to an enemy and bolstering their piggy bank to use against the West. Western governments and corps "aiding and abetting" the enemy, cause you know, capitalism is the best.

Your definition of "actively supporting" needs clarification..

The US conceal themselves quite well from the general public.

As wrong as Putin is, the US have meddled in Ukraine pushing Ukraine towards the west and towards Europe. It's similar all over the world.

Putin’s invasion of Ukraine is a shock, but it had a long buildup. Eight years of them telling NATO to stop it, supplying weapons. The strategy worked for the west, a hostile power now invaded and undermining effort has begun.

Russia doing badly on the military front?

Actually, the Russia army and armor moves deliberately slow to avoid high numbers of casualties and then will wrap-around, on the backside and encircle the defenders and wipe them out.. The strategy used often in WW2 and other wars. Ukraine's interest is to boost morale and proclaim victory, but Russians in time will take the cities they need to link up forces from the east and forces fighting in the south.

The US will see a chance now to harm Russia and undermine its influence. Licking lips now. Feared China and Russia joining up. Ukraine unfortunately is a pawn in a new cold war that potentially can turn hot at any time.

The Ukrainians don't need the US to push them towards the EU. It's obvious to them where their future lies and has been obvious for decades. It's a binary choice: the world's largest, and most prosperous trading bloc run on democratic principles, or thugland Gaspipestan ran by a creepy midget former KGB officer.

The notion that Americans have been running around Kyiv hypnotizing Ukrainians like the Pied Piper of Hamlin is the stuff of basic Putinist propaganda. And talk of US meddling is crackhead comedown nuts when you consider Putin ACTUALLY POISONED A UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT and the current President is on a Russian kill list. That's meddling you have evidence of and should be concerned about, not fantasy land American meddling.

Ukrainians know full well themselves that Putin's Russia is an authoritarian shitbox where they'll get kicked around by big brother if they get too close. They are not stupid.

It's Russia that needs to change. As long as there is a grotty KGB man in charge, the Russian economy is energy poisoned, then it's an appalling choice for its neighbours to get into bed with.

Russia certainly losing the propaganda war. It will only be a matter of time before Russian troops are throwing babies out of incubators.

Couple of very interesting videos here for anyone who hasn't seen them.

First one, just a short concise synopsis of the whole US / NATO angle on this geopolitical struggle in Ukraine.

Second one, people will probably laugh because it's Russell Brand.

Honestly, I think he's doing a great job lately of cutting through all the media bs and focusing on the actual issues and complexities going on. The Nuland US/Ukraine biolabs controversy is potentially a very interesting aspect to this whole crisis.
