Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you know anyone in Dublin who repairs gas hobs (thermostat issue)?

The thermostat is gone on one of the rings of our gas hob so the hob won't stay on after you let go the knob. Do you know of anyone who can repair this? I tried ringing around but it is proving tricky to locate someone.

It is a thermocouple that is causing the issue, did you look under RGI or failing that go back to the retailer

Thanks Red Ace. I tried a few gas installers / repairers and they said they don't repair hobs.

Try the manufacturer. They must have a list of engineers for warranty work. You may need the RGI cert you were given by your installer before engineer will repair
