Charity 100k Run - Limerick to Cork

Hi, I'm from the UK and attempting a charity run in July in memory of my father who was born and raised in Cork. We are attempting a 100k run spread over 4 days, starting in Limerick and making our way to Cork.

If anybody is able to provide any advice on general road running in Ireland, websites i can research, i'd be really grateful.

Routes to take / avoid etc would also be really appreciated.

Most of the route should be ok to run on. The N20. However there is a motorway, the M20, between Limerick City and Patrickswell. You don't want to go there.

However you can get to Patrickswell via the national primary road, N20, by running from City Centre, up O'Connell Street and head to the University Hospital and then to Patrickswell.

Along with Google Maps. We have Eircode.ie that will locate position of addresses on the map.
