How to get in touch with BOI credit operations

Hi - BOI do not seem to be answering calls - have spent 2 hours over 4 days trying to get in touch and am left on answering machine for that time. How do I contact the bank regarding a letter sent about a facility? I have no other way to contact the person who contacted me except via phone
