I'm currently having issues with the app. The same issue is happening on two different devices.

Firstly my credit card account is not showing on the accounts page.
Secondly the app is running extremely slowly and takes ukp to 30 seconds to respond when I click on anything.
Has my account been hacked or has the app been compromised. There is a lot in the news today about Russian hackers etc.
There is no answer to the help line phone number after 25 to 30 minutes waiting so I cannot get help there.

I've just been on the phone to Customer services and its a known issue at the moment with Banking 365
