Polished concrete query

Hi. I have a few quotes from polished concrete contractors to pour my floor and polish it. It is extra if I want to use a pump. It’s downstairs only. My question is….is it low risk to allow them to pour it the manual way.. I presume this is wheelbarrows in over the UFH pipes?. thanks
