Hi BofI Is there currently an issue with your onlin cc system. Keep getting the following error even tho I am approving on my phone "The transaction has been declined. 65 ADDIT AUTHEN REQ"

Can we ask if you are attempting to make an online transaction with your Credit Card? If so, is the notification to approve the transaction appearing on your 365 online app?
