    Unbroken sunshine but partly cloudy owing to high cloud off to my West and South, near Ardagh, County Longford. Very light wind as I'm in the Lee of some large trees in the garden. Temperature is a pleasant 16°.

    Cloudy in Sligo today. Thought It was supposed to be sunny here today. Also 15c in the East the warmest bar the Southwest where its also 15c though Met Eireann say the South and East will be the coolest. Surely they are not now casting incorrectly?

    Sun/clear sky leaving Trim, Meath earlier. Partly cloudy in Dublin 8 now, in fact sun completely behind cloud since I passed over the Kildare/Dublin border at the river Liffey on the M4.

    Foggy earlier this morning in Trim, Meath. Was misty and overcast until about 15 minutes. Currently, it's mainly cloudy.......basically fog that has lifted and is beginning to dissipate as the sun climbs higher in the sky and the current temperature is 7° - should rise fairly quickly by noon.
