Just a quick one might sound a bit silly but sure look i may as well ask anyway

we are getting married in City hall Dublin this summer & we are going to have 1 round of drink /toast in there post ceremony , while we have our first dance there,

I presume you should order as many drinks as there are guest even if some won't actually drink ,

There will be 100 guest so something like 50 Beer & 50 glasses of persecco

That sounds good to me. We did the same - one glass per person. I think at our wedding if there were any spare glasses after a while, it was just free reign for anyone else to take a second glass.

Don't forget about the non-drinkers though. E.g. juice, sparkling/flavored water etc. I rarely drink alcohol and sometimes it's not catered to at all at drinks receptions, so I've to wander off in search of something non-alcoholic to quench my thirst 🙈
