Cat5e cable and telephone wire

Hi, I need to run some network cable in my house and the simplest path is to take it up the wall beside the telephone cable. Is there any potential of interference between the Cat5e and the telephone cable? I know you shouldn't run it alongside mains cable, but is telephone cable low voltage enough to be no risk? Thanks.
