Buying House: Swords vs Leixlip ?

    I am on a house hunt. At the moment, I have two options. A mid terraced slightly lesser priced house in Millers Glen, Swords and semi detached higher priced house in Barnhall, Leixlip. I know the disadvantage of mid terraced houses but I feel Swords is better in terms of commute, APR etc. Could you guys suggest me some pros and cons of Swords and Leixlip ?

    As a place to live, Swords is orders of magnitude better than Leixlip.

    So many advantages over Leixlip i couldnt begin to list them.

    Im sure others will try though.
