We have a deposit on a house in Maryborough Village in portlaoise a year now . We have been having serous issues with the auctioneers , lies and no communication. The final hurdle is always the hardest one....I'd imagine it'll be August before anyone gets in, anything sooner will be a bonus.

it indeed is. Joe seemed optimistic to get the house handed over in July so let’s see.

will see if I can visit the site over the weekend to see how much have the roadworks progressed
