Alarm, Aritech CS350 house Alarm

    Hi, l have an old Aritech CS350 wired house Alarm & Keypad. Some years ago while working nights the Alarm technician told me over the phone how to lower the audible beep beep from the keypad and the backlight as l was waking up the house coming in. Now that l am retired l can’t unfortunately hear the audible beep beep from the keypad or see the keypad properly and keep setting the Alarm off. The same Alarm technician has been out to my house and can’t remember how he told me adjust the settings. The online CS350 manual doesn’t give these settings for this model. By any chance would anyone know how to adjust the audible sound to higher it up at least or by some miracle have the little handbook manual for the keypad that has these instructions, unfortunately it’s not available online, l would be very grateful for any help at all, kind regards
