    Hi all

    I have been working for my employer for 11 months with probationary contract of 12 months never missed a day and got fired when I returned to work with a sick cert covering me for a 2 week period when I had covid

    I was told that I had been seen working elsewhere which is impossible as I was at home sick with covid

    Is there any point if contacting workplace commission 🤔

    Plus I was told not to seek legal help by my employer as "I know lots about your family "
