Medical priority

Hi. I have applied for medical priority with DCC as I have multiple sclerosis. I was diagnosed 8 yrs ago. I live on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building with no lift. There is 5 of us in a small 2 bed apt. The stairs are effecting me now and also living in over crowded conditions doesn't help. Has anyone applied for this…
