Nuclear Missiles from Afganistan?

Does anybody think a European country like Italy could be a target of Nuclear Missiles, if Afganistan were to get their hands on stolen nukes from Patrikstan?

The Nuclear Missiles are apparently not well protected in Patrikstan, and with all the chaos with Russia, who knows how opportunistic the Afgans might be

Even if we grant the wildly improbably premise that (a) Afghanistan wants to attack Europe, and (b) they could steal Pakistan's nuclear capacity, the Pakistanis don't have a delivery system capable of striking targets in Europe, so where would Afghanistan get one?
