Ideas to secure bird water dish ?

I got a replacement water dish for my bird stand but it tends to blow away. Any ideas to secure it, please?

I use mine for seeds. I don't like having the water beside the main feeding area as it gets fouled by droppings too easily. Filling it with water should stop it blowing away though.
