PRSI refunds -

Hi i have a claim gone in for a prsi refund - i'm into the 6 week and still nothing , i keep getting told its been 'assigned to our Scope Section pending a decision' . ANybody know if this is normal or is there a better way of getting an answer on this ? Thank you !!
