Error when trying to sign for online loan

Hi there, I tried to sign for an online loan in Docusign, but i get an error when i try to review documents from my email. Any ideas? When i go to "Support Center" it just sends me to the docusign site. i tried signing up and accessing from there but i get another Authentication Failure. Any ideas? Thank you.
