Dell xps 9300 wint turn on

Hi Would anyone know any place that dealing with dell laptops. Been to two shops both didnt even try to diagnose it. Defo something wrong with motherboard as laptop wont turn on only keyboard backlight is on and that is about it. It is out of warranty and no help from dell. THanks in advance

What is special re Dell that the shops will not try? Did you try getting into the BIOS and booting it from a bootable disk or USB ?

Does the hard drive activity light turn on? Any events leading up to when it stopped working like a drop or liquid spilt on it?
If you connect the HDMI cable from it to a TV does anything come up on the TV?
