Fees for paper bank statements.

Dear sir/madam. I need paper copy bank statement of my personal account. Department of Foreign Affairs needs period from 2018 to 2021. I know I can order online but I cant find any information about fees for paper copy. Do I have to pay any fees?

There is no fee for personal customers to receive a copy statement.
