Countax Diesel Ride-On Overheating

HI, Iv a Countax Diesel Mower, D18-50, which does great on the first few rounds, but then seems to get hot and lose power?! Doesn't bubble up or anything but just loses power, and seems hot . Actually helps if you take the bonnet off. Any ideas? Any filters / air breathers etc that might be causing this?

This mower has the same engine its a Yanmar 2V78. you should be able to read a couple of pages 36/37 of the engine pages online in above link for free to see where everything is. Check radiator under the screen is not blocked with grass (esp) underneath.
