Hi, my mower is running slow and doesn’t speed up when changing to a higher gear. I changed the transmission belt but it hasn’t improved things. There is a lot of noise coming from transmission pulley when in motion. I noticed that this pulley has independently rotating top and bottom halves. Could this be the issue? Any…
