Garden summer ready

Hi,need people's help as I haven't a clue on getting my garden into. Full of weed and moss at the mo. Do I need to aerate or scarify etc. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Moss is due to shade, excess moisture and incorrect pH levels.
Scarify helps treat the symptom but most likely not the cause.
Aerate the soil, clear any shade. Fertilize the soil.
Plenty of threads on this already. I myself had the same issues.
