Basic Video Editing Software/Website

    Hi folks

A large part of our job involves receiving footage for matches (that was recorded in 4K a lot of the time), or grabbing the footage online (either live or post-match where the video is available)

What we do when we have the footage available to us is try to trim it down and merge into 1 full clip

    (i) Whistle for 1st half (ii) end of 1st half (iii) whistle for 2nd half (iv) end of 2nd half

This trims down excess video - We also generally make the video 720p to still have it ideal quality for our clients to view but also to still have jerseys etc easily visible to code for our staff (ie spotting player numbers etc)

Is there a good software/website that can be used (subscription or otherwise), as Windows Photo Editor is awfully slow when merging videos on it. Handbrake is a software that can compress a video but you can marge videos together or trim videos

    Thanks

EDIT: Even for example I downloaded a match video off YouTube in 720p which was 1.58GB in size and almost 2 hours long. Used 'Photos' app to trim this to 70 minutes and 720p and it's now over 3GB in size (assuming the kbps frame rate is different or something). It's frustrating
