Trademark Law Exam Ireland

    Hi,

    I am sitting the trademark law exam, the end of April, through work. I'm just looking for some guidance from anyone who has sat this exam.

    • The format of the exam. I can see from the IPOI website the exam has changed slightly, there wasn't a case note q on the most recent paper (2021)
    • How to answer, is it similar to legal questions, ILAC method, Issue, Law Application, Conclusion
    • Any notes or sample answers would be greatly appreciated
    • Just general tips as I have absolutely no experience of this exam or subject, as I was say I was asked to do it through work.
