Upgrading Hikvision PTZ

When I attempt to upgrade a Hikvision ptz via the hik connect app I get the following error code:

Hikvision failed to upgrade device. error code 200008

Google didn't throw up anything for this error code. Any one know what the problem might be?

I've never got anything to upgrade using that app.

So how do I get it updated? Do I have to login via a pc?

@altor - not having much luck with this.

I can get into SADP and into the UAC. However, from there I'm not able to get into the camera settings in order to upgrade it. In the Device Management I can see the camera, its status (online) and its IP address. However, when I click on the IP address to get to the settings, I get:

Access Error: 404 -- Not Found

Can't locate document: /index.asp

What does this mean? This happens regardless of whether I'm on the cameras network or not.

I'm not sure where you bought the camera but id start with them if you are having issues with it
