Importing a tractor from England

Hi.just wondering what's involved with importing a tractor from England?,I've no vat number either, do u pay extra duty at the port now?

How old is it? Seems to be a bit easier from the North than everybody thought it was going to be. I think it's duty free on an agricultural tractor and pay the vat once, either here or over there. AFAIK you can't pay VAT twice, €200 at a test centre to register it. Have a look here;
