    Hi

I’m recovering from a plantar fasciitis still sore enough. I’m wondering if anyone has recommended footwear for a city break which are not runner or at least smart casual?

wondering also if you have shoes you recommend that can take orthotics.

    thanks,

    R

HI Riddles. I had severe PF a few years ago and was advised to wear either Asics or Brooks trainers. If you get them in black they are quite discreet. They have removable insoles so are suitable for orthotics.
