    actually ignore this thread , I was observing an auction with a duplex for sale here and couldnt understand the low price so thought perhaps an issue of some kind , turned out the reserve was beaten by over 25%

    Hi all, just looking at a house in this estate (Newtown Park). A house opposite the duplexes, does anyone know this part of the estate would be a quiet enough area? Family of 5 so just want a quiet area etc. Thanks so much 😊
