Computer for Photoshop

    Can anyone recommend an inexpensive laptop or desktop that will run Photoshop? I'm a very light Photoshop user, just basic photo editing, but my current laptop won't even run it. It's pretty old.

    I'm looking for something basic that can run the program smoothly.

    PS: PC, not Mac. (I know Mac's are great but I can't afford one right now).
