I think Ennis Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club (ennistennis.com) allows guests to book a court, you have to pay for it.
Lees Road is the goto for most activities around, just with dogs they should be kept on a leash and the owner clean up after them. John O'Sullivan Park, Lees Road - Active Ennis
