My 16 daughter is trying to open a student account and they are looking for her passport that’s fine, but a proof of address is an issue, why would she have a utility bill in her name and hardly has a bank statement when only trying to open an account. There has to be some way to rectify this?

With a second level account, a parent or guardian can use their proof of address (within the last 6 months) to assist with the application.
