BER assessment and report

    Hi all,

    Can anybody recommend a company that does a BER assessment and report?

    We are selling our apartment to ourselves and need to get this done in order for the whole thing to work. We are already living in the apartment but currently mortgage is in partners name + ex but they are selling it to us.

    Are all companies that I find with Google basically the same or are some better than others?

    Since we need to pay thousands and thousands for solicitor fees, reports, etc for a place we already live in we want it to be done right but not cost too much 😀
