Change carpet in new home, sell or dump?

Hello guys,

I'm going to buy a brand new home that has carpet on the first floor. We want to change it and put laminate on it. Is it possible to try to sell the, basically brand new, carpet or there is no market for this kind of stuff?

Laminate upstairs can be noisy for rest of downstairs. Why not give the carpet a try before dumping it. You might like it….?

Well, we don't like the style of carpet and the difficult to cleaning properly and we have no issue about noise being just in 2 in the house. And also, gonna be much easier change it now that the house is empty instead of later with bed and wardrobe in place.

Agree with this.... it could also cause noise isses with your neighbours (if any attached).

Try it, and see can you live with it.
