Installing inset stove

Hi all, i am looking to take out my gas fire place and replace with a stove inset. The chimney is a proper block one with a proper fireplace. Just wondering if there is someone in the north east who would remove existing fire and install new stove, what type would you recommend etc?

It's quite old, used to be an old cottege but the part where the chimney is was part of an extension to the house consisting the living room and kitchen with the chimney breast in the middle of the two rooms.

In an old cottage the stove needs to be installed by a certified installer, and the existing flue will need to be lined with a stainless steel flexiflue, and all the works Certified.

The internal Chimney breast in the middle of 2 rooms is good as the masonry of the chimney will absorb heat when the stove is burning. Good storage heating effect.
