Cant make phone calls but receiving incoming

    I have recently changed my Phone Provider from Three to Virgin Media bill pay sim only. I cannot contact them through email or their support service on their web for some reason. I can receive phone calls and messages but I cannot make them from my end. I have tried ringing 1908 and it wont engage or any other numbers. Did any one have this issue before and how did you get it solved. thanks
