A bit of a morbid question but i’m doing my will so need to know if i have to include this.

I am Australian (have Irish citizenship) and worked for the HSE from Nov 2007 to May 2018 (full time, no gaps in service) I am now back in Australia.

I know my pension is preserved until retirement age. However if i was to die before reaching retirement age, is my estate owed anything from this? I currently don’t have a spouse or any kids.

    thanks 😊
