Trails in Kerry

Just after spending the weekend in Kilarney,and after a chat with a local was told there are trails on Crohane mountain but on private land,does anyone know if these are accessable with permission? Also,few guys out on bikes in Torc waterfall area,is it worth havin a look around the area for trails?

Crohane mountain is Shronaboy farm, a farmer owns it and they run an uplift service every so often. It's private and you can only ride there when there's an uplift day on.

Torc has some suberb trails, very rough and steep and technical. I can pm you a route if you want.
