    HI

    WHY ARE MY PUSH NOTIFICATIONS NOT SHOWING ON PHONE WHEN I GO TO LOG ON FROM PC

    I USE TO GET A GREEN TO SWIPE OR RED TO DECLINE I'M TRYING TO GET ACCESS TO STATMENTS & PC IS BETTER FOR STATMENTS

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Could you try deleting and reinstalling App and also restart device this should help with notifications reaching you? You can also access notification on homescreen of App after starting the login process on the PC.
