SPC alarm triggered

Hi all, we have SPC wired alarm system and had alarm triggered just now (just as I'm getting cosy in bed!) in our kitchen zone, not sure which door/window sensor it was. The SPC app log says it was a 'Gross Attack' type trigger which from the support page explains is 'from an inertia/shock sensor', do those two connector…

None of the windows or doors were opened.

If you just have contacts on but the gross and pulse is not set to zero you can get this for a false alarm.
If you have vibration sensors then the gross which is a bang attack on the window or door.
If there is a loop of devices meter the zone out to find the issue.
