I'm looking for someone suitably qualified as an energy specialist or engineer, to do a full home energy assessment on a 25 year old detached bungalow in rural Co Kildare with the output being a list of options for what can and can't be done with a view to getting the max roi from any improvements and value from the SEAI grants and separately I need to get a basic BER done for a semi detached house.
Any pointers to where I could find someone and what I might expect to pay for the assessment?
