HELP NEEDED: Video Intercom System Installation

    I work for myself and rented a small office in Dublin city centre in early 2020, and I'm finally getting around to using it now.

    I spent a lot of 2020 refurbing bits and pieces and trying to make everything in the office smart - so all plug sockets, lights, dimmers etc from Tuya and operated using Smart Life/Alexa.

    I also installed a video intercom system - with two video buzzers - one at front door, one at back door and two internal monitors that should control either. It's linked here - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000421006049.html

    It was installed by my electrician at the same time as he did lights etc and I thought everything was working fine. The doors open with our passcode and with our fobs and I can add the system to Smart Life.

    However, the intercom function isn't working and it seems to be getting confused between master and slave unit and the front door/back door cameras or being engaged even thought it's not in use. I think the problem is the cables being in the wrong parts of the units.

    The electrician is no longerin Ireland and I've contacted every intercom company I can find in Dublin but no one is willing to look at it as it's unbranded.

    Is there anyone here who can help? Happy to pay to get it sorted. I'm based in Dublin 2.
