Door bell (cheap) that will ring on Google homes

Hello

Need a smart doorbell that will ring on all my google home devices. I do not want to buy the expensive nests as I want to test if I like having this or not. My house is three stories and you cannot hear the doorbell in most areas but we have google homes in most rooms.

Happy to test for a while on a cheap device and maybe upgrade later if I like how it works.

Suggest you go for a Black Friday type deal on a Nest Hello, or just spend the money you won't regret it. No other option if you want it to work with Google Home.

There are cheaper Ring options if you are happy to make the move to Alexa.

FYI I bought the Winess Smart bell and it works brilliantly with my Google homes. (all will announce there is someone at the door)

That looks really nice, is there much lag between the button being pressed and you getting a notification?

Can you see the person at the door on a Nest Hub for example? (we have one in our kitchen and that would be ideal).

When you press the button it makes its own noise immediately and then my old school bell rings as it is using the same cables. Then maybe 2 seconds later all the google homes/nests announce someone is at the door and any phones connected will ring (and show video). The video however does not show on the nest (or I have not figured out how to make that work) but it will say "there is someone at the front door" and you can then see the person from your phone. You can also use it as an intercom.

The only complaint if the UI is confusing and their help docs are not great.

I do like that you can put SD card in it so you do not need to pay for the cloud service.
