Credit card expired, replacement not yet received

Card expired 05/22. New card not received. Present card refused on a transaction today.

365 prompts for new card to be authenticated... ( so system thinks card has been sent to me ? )

Not having a functioning credit card is a significant problem for me

What is the best ( quick and certain ) way to resolve this ?

Thanks for your post.

A card is valid until the last day of the expiry month so your card is still in date. We'd expect you to receive a replacement card in the next week or two.

If you continue to have difficulty using the card please contact our credit card team on 0818251251 and one of my colleagues will check this further.
