Train Driver Interview questions

Hi, could anyone pls help me which is the best way to crack the train driver interview..? Is there any paid app or website to prepare for the test.

They will literally tell you what they're going to ask. After you get through two stages of online assessments, you will do 2 days of hard pen/paper assessments and then computer assessments. One of the pen and paper assessments will ask you various compentencies like "tell me about a time you worked well under pressure", one about team work, emergencies, personal acomplishments, dealing with a difficult person or resolving a problem etc.

If you pass, then these questions will they come up in the first interview and you just discuss them in depth. If you pass that the next interview you do will focus on similar area's but just be slightly different.

There's no surprises. Even before you sit the in-house assessments they'll give you a pdf to prepare. Worry about it when you get that far, it might take a number of years before you even get called for interview.
