Possibilities for voluntary orchiectomy in Ireland

I am not looking for medical advise, just asking a question for information purposes. Also, I apologise for posting in LTI but I could not post in the main Health Issues forum or find any other related subforum. If mods feel it belongs elsewhere, then by all means move it over.

I appreciate that this may be a highly unusual question to be asking, but anyway. Is it possible, either under the public system in Ireland, or going privately, to get a bilateral orchiectomy for purely voluntary reasons. It would be nothing at all to do with LGBTQ or any of that. If someone was interested in that, what should be their strategy for going about it? Is it even possible?
