HKC Quantum 70 - Wired Bell and Strobe Outputs

    Can the quantum 70 bell and strobe outputs be used to drive a 12V dc relay?

    When tested, neither the bell or strobe outputs produce 12V dc between the + and - terminals.

    All help welcome?
